The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with a clean room equipped with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, being close to the city and immigration checkpoint, while still offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff, especially Roger and Gan, provided excellent hospitality and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The presence of cute pets like Beza and Kiwi added an extra touch of warmth and joy.
The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

Booked a room with many beds. Fairly friendly and super friendly staff, everything was GOOD. - the hotel was just off Malaysia by MRT and bus, downtown and the bus station. - There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Zz Sup Tulang Restaurant that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

I had really good days staying at this budget hotel. The rooms at Memory Guesthouse JB were cozy and comfortable. I loved the shared bathroom with a bidet, as it made me feel like I was in a luxurious hotel. The bed linen provided was clean and fresh, ensuring a good night's sleep. The towels provided were also a nice touch.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom concept. However, I understand that others may enjoy the social aspect of it.
